Oh you want a cookie? Well too bad, you can’t have any because they’re soooo bad for you. Right? Not if I get to decide…

Ingredients (14 cookies):

1 dl peanut butter

1 dl rolled oats

1 tbsp cocoa

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp flax seed

2 tbsp dried cranberries

2 1/2 tbsp water

1 pinch of salt

Pre-heat oven to 175 C/347 F degrees. Mix all the ingredients. Make small balls of the dough and place on a plate lined with baking sheet. Flatten with a fork then pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
